At Nostalgi Factory, every order is made with intention. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Processing Time

• Standard decals ship within 3–5 business days.
• Custom and memorial decals ship within 5–7 business days due to design complexity.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

USPS Standard — Calculated at checkout. Estimated 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping — $10.95. Estimated 2–3 business days

Free Shipping — FREE on orders $35 or more . Estimated 3–7 business days

• All orders ship with tracking included. • Shipping rates are based on package weight and destination.
• Free shipping applies to U.S. orders of $35.00 or more (after discounts).

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate and make it right, including replacements when warranted.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We'll resolve it quickly and with care.

• Nostalgi Factory is not responsible for delays due to weather, USPS disruptions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. • Double-check your shipping address before placing your order we cannot reroute packages once shipped. • International shipping is not currently available.
