Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Poinciana, Florida. Most are processed within 8 hours and shipped the next business day.

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking confirmation. Domestic shipping ranges from $5.99 to $15.99 depending on size and destination. I also offer worldwide shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International delivery times vary based on location and customs.
What materials do you use?
I use high-quality, weather-resistant vinyl for all decals. They’re durable, easy to apply, and designed to last whether on tumblers, cars, laptops, or fabric.
Are your decals waterproof?
Yes! All vinyl decals and stickers are waterproof and suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Iron-on decals are designed for fabric and hold up well with proper care.
Do you make pet memorials?
Absolutely. Pet tributes are close to my heart. I offer custom pet portraits, paw print decals, and “In Memory Of” designs to honor your furry loved ones.
Can I request a gift message or special packaging?

What is your return policy?
Because each decal is made to order, I don’t typically accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order such as damage, incorrect item, or a missing decal I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
How long do I have to report a problem with my order?
I recommend reaching out within 7 days of delivery so I can resolve the issue quickly. After that window, I’ll still do my best to help, but options may be limited.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your item was damaged, lost, or significantly incorrect, I’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Do I need to return the item to get a replacement?
In most cases, no. I don’t require returns for damaged or incorrect decals. I may ask for a photo to help improve future orders and confirm the issue.
