We want every order to feel meaningful and handled with care. Because many of our items are handmade and personalized, our policy is designed to be fair while protecting custom work.
Customized & Personalized Items
All personalized and made-to-order items are final sale.
This includes decals featuring:
- Names
- Dates
- Memorial details
- Cultural or custom designs
- Any customer-requested modifications
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless the order arrives:

Incorrect due to our mistake
Standard (Non-Custom) Items
For non-personalized items, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
Return shipping:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The item
- Packaging
- Shipping label (if possible)
We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
For memorial or time-sensitive orders, we prioritize a fast and compassionate resolution.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@nostalgifactory.com with:
- Order number
- Photos (if applicable)
- Brief description of the issue
We respond within 24–48 hours and will work with you toward the best solution.
Please Note
Because our decals are handmade, slight variations in:
- Color
- Placement
- Sizing
may occur and are not considered defects.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
